#Flatline with an unfortunate Warm-a-Rama from the newbie… (we will skip exactly what we did to hopefully bring less emphasis to my mistake)

Indian Run around the block up to 4th Street

Back to the parking lot for a SPRINT to the wall to pick partners. First and second to finish were partners, third and fourth were partners etc.

As we mosey’d to the parking garage I sheepishly got everyone’s attention so we could focus on accountability, encouragement and making one another better by pushing their partners this am. (this is when I got everyone’s attention at Parliament)

First stop in the parking garage: partner merkins (20) & partner pull-up (10)

Fast mosey/sprint to the next level

Seal Claps (20 IC)

Over-head Claps (20 IC)

Arm Circles (10/10 IC)

Fast mosey/sprint to the next level

LBC (25 IC)

Mutton crunch (15/15)

Fast mosey/sprint to the next level

Carolina Dry Docks (20 IC)

Pseudo Planche Merkins (10 IC)

Repeat the parking garage cycle

Back to the parking lot for 60 seconds of SUMO

Indian run around the block (lot less “chatter” by this point)

Bonus round – Bear crawl 1-2-3 – Can’t stand Bear crawl so we did high knees to the wall and back while our partner worked on 100 Merkins, 200 LBC & 300Squats

Left just a few minutes for Mary – Low flutter, Wanetta, American Hammer & Protractor

It seemed like comments were strong that this is likely last Q…

“I’ve never come to F3 and been scared before.” Thistle

“I liked F is for fear.” VanGough

Announcements:

Q school – What’s that?

Litter box VQ at Mayhem

Thistle – Q at conspiracy

Prayer Requests:

Boomerangs sister

Mutton’s niece’s surgery

All credit for “The F is for Fear” goes to @Beverly!

Great VQ, @Pita, fun, tough and well led!

PS – I gave your post a title.

Great work out – as VG said, fun and hard. But no way we are going to skip the Warm-a-rama – I have never seen anyone handle MC and cadence grief with intimidation and volume. Well played Pita. And you can never use the word, sheepishly, to describe anything you are doing – not possible. Your Q has made me smile all day. Thanks.

For the record – warm-o-ramas are not a “mistake” at Flatline, confirmed with Flatline creator Beverly, just standing still is forbidden. So, in that sense, mission accomplished by the Q!
On to more important things, great Q! So much fun, great “energy” and solid beatdown.

Aye! WIB is where warm-o-ramas are frowned upon. It’s confusing, we realize….

Great workout Pita! Way to take command and pound the PAX into submission. YHC is pretty sure that the lady by Bailey Park who yelled at us a couple weeks ago didn’t get a wink of sleep past 0530 AM!

As F3 sets the stage for us for the rest of the day, I took Pita’s lead at work today. Anytime someone started protesting what I did, I yelled at them with increasing volume. It was quite effective.

Seriously, though, one of the best VQs I’ve attended, and T-claps for tackling Flatline right out of the bag.

Thistle, great partner work today – we will catch Van Zima next time!!
