F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith.

F3 Winston-Salem is part of a national network of free, peer-led workouts.

Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

Core Principles

F3 Workouts Are Always…

1) Free of charge.
2) Open to all men.
3) Held outdoors; rain or shine, heat or cold.
4) Led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certificate necessary.
5) Ends with a Circle of Trust.

History

Our origin can be traced back to 2006 where a free, participant-led bootcamp style workout was held on Saturday mornings in a Charlotte, N.C., park. A group of men took that idea (with permission), and launched the first official F3 workout on 1/1/11, on the campus of A.G. Middle School in Charlotte. The Charlotte group then planted F3 Winston-Salem on Saturday, January 4th, 2014 @ 0700 at Hanes Park, which still meets weekly today. Since our launch date, over 500 men have participated in an F3 Winston-Salem workout.
