A damp, humid morning greeted the pax as the day greeted us.

Mosey to the track for the Cindy( 5 pull-ups, 10 diamond merkins, 15 sumo squats)  which we did five times

Mosey to a street corner for Mary… crunchy frogs x15, Freddy merc’s x 25

Mosey to a parking lot for the 1-2-3 Dora. Everyone partnered up for 100 wide merkins, 200 Freddy merc’s, 300 squats .

Mosey to the Tar Branch Trail for the Circle-y thing…5 merkins, 10 pickle pounders, 10 monkey bumpers.

I channel Mutton to survive  burpees.

Much thanks to TSA for the monkey bumper suggestion, I forgot all about those.

Bevo is very precise with his squat form deep, deep, deep.

Turnover has ramped up his motor to the front on a consistent basis.

Boomerang and DQ elevate the Respect crowd.

Pita and TSA make me feel safe on the rough and tumble downtown streets.
