Hey!  Q School is on for 04/14 at Hanes Park!

Join us, 0600.

Who should attend:

• if you’ve never Q’d
• haven’t attended a Q School before
• been told “Hey, you should go to Q school”
• haven’t attended a Q school in at least 12 months
• ever played Phil Collins at a workout
• Always wondered what DW stood for
• Wonder, “What the heck is a Q? Is it different than a QIC?”
• if you haven’t paid your dues
• think Mongoose is mean, and not in the funny way
• think F3 is a cult, but not quite sure
• Wonder why Spamalot is always smiling

What we’ll do:

• Learn some F3 history – both real and possible alternative facts
• Learn the role of the Q (it’s more than you think)
• Learn how to create a “good” beatdown
• Practice saying those magic “in cadence” words (and why it matters)
• Learn the value of a good backblast (and what to put in it)
• Build some community

While we will keep moving, and some exercises, this won’t be a workout.  We will wrap up in time for folks to post to IS or possibly mosey up the road to Purgatory if that’s your pref.
