YHC is heading to his 40th High School Reunion this weekend down in Miami.  And three other guys, who were not even yet alive when YHC graduated from high school, showed up to help him prepare.  40 years was a long time ago, and portions of this workout helped prove that point.

YHC graduated from Westminster Christian School.  So, we did a W.C.S. 4 Corners on the lower field.  After all 4 corners, we will have performed 40x reps of each of the three exercises in cadence.

@Slowpitch was coming off a rough football weekend and was very pleased to be celebrating MIAMI this morning.

All of us realized how old YHC is when we were doing 40 reps of many of the exercises.  The 40 Merkins at the start of the MIAMI section were particularly appreciated.
