14 Pax showed up for the first Parliament of 2026 on not too cold but very foggy morning. After formalities and some  warmorama, we got our blocks and got to it.

4 corners of 11’s went like this:

Center – 5 burpees before each corner; block push to corner

Corner 1 – 1 curl, 10 LBCs; 2 curls, 9 LBCs; … 9 curls, 2 LBC’s; 10 curls, 1 LBC. Rifle carry back to center.

Corner 2 – 1 skull crusher, 10 freddie mercs; 2 skull crushers, 9 freddie mercs; … 9 skull crushers, 2 freddie mercs; 10 skull crusher, 1 freddie merc. Rifle carry back to center.

Corner 3 – 1 bent row, 10 WWII’s; 2 bent rows, 9 WWII’s; … 9 bent rows, 2 WWII’s; 10 bent rows, 1 WWII. Rifle carry back to center.

Corner 4 – 1 OH press, 10 gas pumps; 2 OH press, 9 gas pumps; … 9 OH press, 2 gas pumps; 10 OH press, 1 gas pump. Rifle carry back to center.

Pax split up at different corners with a good amount of mumble chatter throughout the morning. Tonka shed the vest at about the mid-point so YHC felt like it must be a decent beatdown. That was a lot of up and down. John Wayne who was one of a few who said “Life is getting up one more time than you’ve been knocked down” would be proud of us. It took a while, but all PAX completed at least one circuit and many PAX were well into the second circuit. The Q had some dips prepared to finish the workout, but we ran out of time.

Returned the blocks just in time for COT.
