• Four exercises – Thrusters, Block Swings, Derkins (Feet on the Block), Curls
• Mode of travel (out and back) – Block Push (10 Yards), Murder Bunnies (20 Yards), Overhead Carry (30 Yards), Farmer’s Carry (30 Yards, switch hands on the return)
• One exercise — Windshield Washers

Each round, pax were to complete reps of all exercises, then travel by that round’s corresponding mode, then return and perform Windshield Washers x same number of reps as the four.

Round 1:  40 Reps – Block Push

Round 2:  30 Reps – Murder Bunnies

Round 3:  20 Reps – Overhead Carry

Round 4:  10 Reps – Farmer’s Carry

Round 5:  20 Reps – Overhead Carry

Round 6:  30 Reps – Murder Bunnies

Etc.

0610:  Return blocks and circle up for Mary.

• Adobe has Alcatraz Q on Saturday (much to his surprise).

• Blind Date is having “routine” surgery this week.
• Boomerang is traveling to and from and to Texas via various means over the next couple of weeks.
• Lamb Chop’s M is due to give birth on Monday!

NMM:

• All pax completed the trip down the weinke and were working their way back up. Strong work, men.
• The original plan had us traveling down the length of the parking lot; the rain necessitated an Omaha to travel across the width of it.
• Drama Queen put on a great performance of confusion at the instructions, then went to work with nary a peep.
• Today was as close as YHC will ever get to getting Boomerang to ask to run….and it wasn’t close.
  • Boom, 7 minutes in to round 1: “Can we do something else?”
  • Me: “We can run.”
  • Boom: “I’ll persevere with this.”
• Boomerang and Superfly were fast and both were at least a round ahead of YHC. Great work, guys.
• Subfloor requested the dive bombers at the end, feeling cheated that they hadn’t been part of the workout proper.
• Tammie and Second City were both looking strong after a tough Frostbite beatdown yesterday at Iron Throne.
• Adobe gave YHC the obligatory wet workout bear hug upon completion of COT. Much love to that man.
• Schneider is officially a “RESPECT.” Don’t forget it.  It was great to see him out.
• During Mary, all of the pax went back under the breezeway…except Starfish. He stayed out in the mist with YHC despite the urgings of the other pax.
• YHC didn’t hear much from the opposite end of the line where Ziffel, Ziggy, Tonka, Nelly, and Slow Pitch were congregated, but hopes their silence was indicative of a workout that gave the guys’ more than what they paid for this morning.
