With YHC setup to Q the 2nd Outhouse Murph, the only prepwork to be done was a music list. Luckily, YHC only has one F3 Workout Playlist, so that selection was easy. It was left to fate to decide how the mood was striking and what the PAX running route would be: The loops from last month, or the dead-end hill that Greenspan loves? In the end, the mood struck for a challenge… unfortunately, the dead-end route is only .4 miles one way, and YHC forgot to tell the PAX to add-on a small loop around the playground. #Cobains It was still a challenging morning, filled with some good MC, check it out:

The Thang

• Run 1 mile (to the end of Sally Kirk and back, plus a loop to the playground)
• 100 Supine Pull-ups
• 200 Merkins
• 300 Squats
• Run 1 mile (around the playground, to the end of Sally Kirk and back).

Mary

• Van Goghdas x 20 IC (with some slow reps mixed in to stretch).

CoT

• Giving thanks for everything, and asking we not take it for granted
• Prayers and Praise for all the new babies! Sac, Palin, Burns, YHC’s coworker.

  • “Van Gogh doesn’t change his art.” – Huckleberry, in response to Greenspan’s comment on constantly adding to his workout playlist.
