Not surprising to many, YHC loves college basketball. I am not talking about any of the tobacco road UNC Duke stuff – we are talking about tightening up them laces and pressing your opponent until their will is broken and they are bent over ready to spill merlot all over the court. This stuff isn’t for pre-Madonna Jordan wannabe’s. This is for the guys who want to give 100% defensively (110% is unattainable) and leave it all on the floor. Remember – offense is for resting.

At VCU we call it HAVOC. Nolan Richardson had it named “40 minutes of Hell” by player Scott Rose at Arkansas.

So today, at Parliament, we implemented 45 Minutes of Hell as follows:

• All the we were small in numbers the Pax got after it.
• Very little MC this morning – no time for it.
• #Parliament did have an audience this morning – approximately 4-5 poll workers were seen watching the pax work hard. Some catcalling may have been hurled our direction. YHC believes DQ and Sgt. Shultz used this as an opportunity to attempt to EH a couple of them for future workouts.
• Note: The electorate at #Parliament displayed questionable driving abilities as they began to show for election day. Future installments of Parliament may wish to avoid the parking lot during similar events in the future. Dodging cars was not part of the winkie this morning.
