Fin!
COT
- YHC took us out giving thanks for these fine tall gentlement
NMM
- Well this was a studly group, Zima was found commenting “Must be this tall to enter”, but obviously we would have made a sleeveless shirt height exception just for him!
- The beatdown was not tooooo tough, but aligned well with how sore YHC was after the Mayhem Murph plus P90X3 challenge from Rollback.
- Lots of biceps, some good running, solid ab work, legs, and and just 2 rounds of Hand Release Mike Tysons (inspired by Adobe’s VG Birthday Bash honors at Distillery while we were doing The Macy), made for a great morning.
- We got in 1.7 miles, 280 curls, 240 American Hammers, 160 Squat Jumps, and /80 HR Mike Tysons.
- YHC added in a little challenge for the last ten reps… Straighten your arms all the way, jump as high as you can, add a freddy merk with the american hammers, add a superman between the HR Mike tysons.. It really helped feel some extra burn, and these guys didn’t mind!
- Tonka regretted asking YHC about my trip, because 10 minutes later, YHC was still going on about where we went.
- Ziffle showed up on time, and only complained a little about the squat jumps.
- Root Canal mixed in some PT that looked harder than our exercise, and had no trouble keeping up as the war daddy.
- Overall, Torque would have fit in with this group. He’s 6’ 2”, slightly shorter than all of us, so it would have been a great way to pick on him some.
- He met Tonka and Ziffle at Softball the weekend prior, and had a great time being back out at F3 again. It’s a tough balance to strike when your a mechanic and on your feet all day, versus YHC who is mostly sitting at a computer. He was glad to make it out again, maybe we’ll see him back in the gloom one day.
A great morning, thanks for coming out guys. That selfie we got is definitely a keeper!!
