The Thang, Part 2:  Play Fetch

Pax take turns throwing the tennis ball with the Chuck-It all over the Bailey Park grassy field.  All pax run to the tennis ball and plank for the six.  Throwing pax calls the exercise and number of reps.  Exercises included wide merkins, fire hydrants, dog dumpers, diamond dog merkins, dog crawls/crawl dogs, Alabama Prom Dates (Spicoli style).  Wrapped it up with 4 Burpees OYO to get our quota of 47 burpees in for the day in memory of F3 Katy’s @Gigolo.  #RIP

@Bootsie briefly got the #GoodBoy award for chucking the tennis ball the furthest.  But then goobered out by leaving the ChuckIt behind.  He must be a goofball chocolate lab.

YHC was deeply offended when @LambChop inquired as to how much AI assistance YHC received in building the playlist.  Doesn’t he know YHC is a complete music nerd?
