YHC wasn’t feeling it this morning, but got up for an EC run anyway. Then nobody else came to EC run and it was spitting rain so I sat in my car and pondered how nice it would be if this workout were at Biscuitville instead. That was actually the first thing I said to Transcript when he showed up…”What do you say we take this down the road to Biscuitville?” He was certainly intrigued by the idea and we agreed that if nobody else showed we would put the vote to Brittani. Fortunatley/unfortuantely, 4 more pax came rolling in and the biscuits would have to wait.

We gathered under the shelter for some WoR – Static stretches, Whirlies, Willie Mays Hays, SSH, Imperial Walkers, Hillbillies, and Michael Phelps.

The Thang, pt 1 – Triangle Pyramid

The parking lot is a bit triangular, so instead of a four corners pyramid I adjusted on the fly. It was fine. Stop at each corner and do the following exercises, all x20

This took way less time than I anticipated. Transcript asked for a recovery mosey on the golf cart path, so I olbiged for about a 2 min out/2 min back yog. Then we headed to the shelter for…

The Thang, pt 2 – Hit & Run.

Pax calls an exercise and runs about 50 yds and back while everyone in the shelter does the called exercise. Repeato until everyone gets a turn. Then repeato the whole round again #timewaster

NMM – Thankful that we ignored the call for biscuits and made RA happen today. It was awesome meeting some new dudes and seeing everyone get after it. We smelled a lil skunky action on the golf course which prompted our turnaround, and saw a couple bats too – the wildlife sure be wildin.
