The Thang

This being the 54^th anniversary of the D B Cooper plane hijacking, let’s look to the Exicon for anything that fits. Oh look, there is one called The Cooper, that’ll do.

Mosey to the blocks, take it to the basketball court. Start with this:

• 11 merkings
• 24 LBCs
• 19 curls
• 7 OH press
• 1 burpee

Farmer carry to other side of court. Since D B Cooper ordered a bourbon and 7-up drink on plane, do 7 step ups on block, both sides.

Start the Cooper, which is x10 of burpees, squats, merkins. Run a lap.

Modified it to rifle carry back to other side of court and perform those exercises again. Farmer carry other side and go to x9 for The Cooper.

We got down to x5 before we had to put blocks up and return to start.

• Lots of chatter, especially with 3 downrangers including a former FNG Batman, welcome.
• Lamb Chop tried to hijack the beatdown after saying it was too monotonous, but YHC was able to keep the plane flying.
• Everyone flew through the Cooper, but we had to eject before we landed.
