YHC has a special place in my heart for #Conspiracy. Such a great AO and one I was a SiteQ for a year. This AO also happens to be regularly attended by some whom remain nameless, are prone to run their mouths for the duration of the beatdown. Supposedly, it is a sign of being in shape being able to talk while working out the whole time.
YHC devised a plan, sent out some EHs (to no avail), and ensured everyone’s got their money’s worth.
@Schlitz and @Palin got an extra 3 miles in beforehand #Strong.
That only was their warmup – both physically and talkatively.
Here is how it went:
Warmarama:
SSH – 10 x IC
Imperial Walkers – 10 x IC
Hillbillies – 10 x IC
Whirleys – 10 x IC

Arm Swirly’s – 5 x IC F/R
OH Claps – 5 x IC

Enough of the time wasters – we got places to be! #Cobains to @Greenspan who was expecting #MichaelPhelps to round out the warmarama.
The Thang:
Mosey on over to the infamous Pilot View. We took the scenic route up the Intimidator – had to show @Mohican this hill.
Upon arrival at the intersection of Pilot View and Carolina, YHC laid out the plan.
There would be a timer for 4 minutes. Every time the timer went off, #PAX were instructed to run up Pilot View up to Jersey and 2 burpees and return to Carolina.
At intersection, we had a circuit of:
25 SSH
50 Merkins
75 Squats
100 Freddie Mercs (SC)
When timer would go off, stop where you are, run, and upon returning pick up where you left off. Rinse and Repeat.
This was fun and quickly squashed any MC. We were either too busy counting or catching our breath.
We did 6 rounds of this.
The Thang 2:
Mosey on home. Stop at various points and do Dips/Erkins + Electric Chair
Get to the playground for 3 layers of Dip.

@Drip dressed like it was 20 degrees out. Quickly sheded all layers revealing a body builder’s body underneath all the layers
@Greenspan knew what was coming after conversing with him last night. He still showed up and got his work in with hardly any complaints.
@Zesty loves Pilot View. I mean absolutely loves it. He may even visit there next week when he has the Q.
@Schlitz hated the workout. Don’t know why but he’s going to crush the Mistletoe coming up in a few weeks. Think of this as some good training!
@Palin – hm, I think he thistle counted the whole time. @Drip was his counter.
@Mohican posted for the 2nd time in a week! Dude is crushing it. Still says “it’s not as bad as I thought it was going to be.” Low blow to YHC and @Greenspan. Guess we gotta be better.
@Spicoli was out front all morning. He was also on time much to everyone’s surprise. And he posted last night! #BEAST. @Spicoli also tried to give me some education on the lexicon. A good reminder!
@Palin’s M’s middle name is the same as @Mohican’s M’s first name. So, you never know what you learn out there in the gloom!
@Turnover was a no show even after the EH…. probably was too cold this AM at a balmy 48.
