The Thang
Work Station #1 – Launch Pad
YHC placed a bucket of blocks at the beginning of an eight-space parking lane.
Each exercise followed the same pattern:
- Parking Space 1 = 1 rep
- Parking Space 2 = 2 reps
- …
- Parking Space 8 = 8 reps
After completing each exercise, the PAX jogged back to the start, moved one block from the full bucket to the empty bucket, and began the next movement.

TIME

Upon arriving at the AO, Dr. Toot was the first HIM YHC encountered. As YHC offered the customary morning greeting, Dr. Toot waved him off and politely explained that he wasn’t interested in talking because he was there to hang out with Pele’. The two greeted one another like lifelong friends reuniting after years apart. YHC still isn’t sure whether to be offended or honored that this group has taken his 2.0 into the fold and made him feel like one of the guys. Either way, it’s been pretty special to watch.
During Dora, the WB and WD paired up and absolutely crushed it. Pele’ and Green Acres made a formidable team and worked through the stations with very little downtime. Nearly unstoppable.
YHC also experienced a brief moment of selective amnesia and forgot the prescribed Dora exercises. Fortunately, the PAX were quick to provide equal parts encouragement and correction, getting everyone back on track before too much damage was done.
We also welcomed an unexpected visitor. A local police officer stopped by to investigate who might be trespassing in the park before sunrise. Before YHC could extend an invitation to join the workout, he wished everyone a good morning, executed a smooth U-turn, and continued on his way.
Tour Update
With this being the final stop before Parliament, the championship race has officially been decided. Congratulations to Pele’, who has secured the 2026 Tour de Draftee Championship. The belt may have an owner, but there is still one stop left to celebrate another incredible summer of fellowship, suffering, and brotherhood.
Final reminder: Parliament is next. One last opportunity to show up, lift a brother up, and finish the Tour strong.
