2nd Q of the day, this one noticeably warmer than the first (but still pleasant enough!).

Longer WoR this evening – SSH, Imperial Walkers, Whirlies, Abe Vs, Willie Mays Hays, Seal Claps, Jack Reachers, Michael Phelps.

Mosey to the shaded picnic tables beside the upper softball field. YHC had a deck of cards and had already separated the 10-Aces. Draw a 10, do 10 reps. Jacks 15, Queens 20, Kings 25, Aces 30.

• Hearts: Irkins
• Diamonds: Dips
• Spades: Squats to bench
• Clubs: American Hammer

There were two jokers in the deck, too. Any time a joker is drawn, run across the field and back. Once both are drawn, reshuffle the deck and start over.

We did this for 30 min, then slow moseyed (walked…slowly) back to launch for Mary by committee. Everyone dutifully and confidently contributed two Mary exercises to our effort.

Announcements were made (GreeNest and…other things???), prayer requests were shared (Hot Dish’ M returning from across the pond on Thursday), and YHC prayed us out.
