• Prayers for Hugo’s mom getting a breast cancer biopsy.
• DQ said he was without his coffeemaker, but turned out it was his wife and she was out of town.

NMM

• Great to meet Landshark 2.0! Not sure how we’ll solve that one on Slack, since the OG Landshark has an account… this guy was pushing it all morning and doing all the crazy movements that you only find at F3.
• Fiddler was uplifting all morning, heard him say Good Job back to YHC multiple times. 
• He and Draftee also took the far loop around the lot to maximize running, whereas YHC took the inside track to get around as quick as possible. To each their own!
• Despite already having the belt in hand, Pele was out in full force. He could even be seen running back down our Blockee Crawl path to retrieve Draftees glasses, running back victoriously with them.
• Zima was a man of relatively few words this morning, other than discussing how the monkey humpers were great for his knee with Slowpitch, who also experienced some knee tightness. He later claimed to have not gotten much sleep and was going home to nap. 
• Slowpitch was YHCs partner for the DORA, and it was fun to do handoffs with him. He didn’t care much for the shrugs, but then again, I don’t think many PAX did. 
• Rollback could be heard loudly proclaiming his distaste for the shrugs (or was it YHC?) on his  day off. But really, pinch grip made it so much better guys, just saying…
• Rubber Ducky was giddy with excitement to finally have YHC Qing at Wester Front, and I think he left a happy Site Q. He’s doing great work reinvigorating our group out in Lewisville!
• Speaking of invigoration, Head Hunter was giving YHC something to chase all morning. The new Warden’s push to have supermax Q’s really helped drive home why we need new blood like Landshark and Fiddler to keep the ideas and excitement fresh. “If you aren’t growing your dying!”
• Drama Queen did an EC ruck and proceeded to not complain the entire workout after. This was evident by hsi crafty joke in CoT. I wouldn’t mind being like him when I grow up!
• Hugo has been crushing it, and I always enjoy conversation with him when we cross paths!. 
• Adobe saw YHC’s temporary tattoo of my brother in laws face and it definitely peaked his interest. It’s like body sticker, so that makes sense. 
• Ziffle was present for CoT, he could be seen standing in the parking lot upon our final return from the shelter. It looked like he was doing something on his phone, so his time wasn’t wasted entirely. Great to see his face, and he was the only guy to come out after that Distillery workout the morning prior!
• Overall, the tough workouts YHC has attended at WF inspired today’s workout. It’s YHC’s kind of difficult, in an unassuming way. You know it was hard when PAX didn’t complain about a lack of music!

A great turnout with some. great weather this morning. Appreciate the inspiration this crew brings to lead a tough beatdown.  YHC is going to struggle to make it out to Alcatraz tomorrow…. time for bed!
