Mosey to the coal pit to find a conspicuously placed weinke propped on a chair.

Upon completing the weinke, run up the stairs (17!) and do SSHs (76!) before running down 5th to Patterson and back into the coal pit
We did this 3 times, then moseyed back to launch for
Mary – by committee. I think we did Freddie Mercs, Muttons, Penguins, H2H, and a couple others.
NMM – YHC started out on a EC run that was cut short by natural causes. Thankful for the F45ers unlocking the door to the semi-public restrooms. Lamb Chop showed up and wondered if we’d have a big crowd due to most people having the day off for the holiday. Turnover had given a SC with a caveat that he was popping the top on a fine locally brewed beverage around 10:30 pm the night before, but he pulled through. Lots of encouraging and enlightening conversation around fatherhood and picky eaters. Lamb Chop had to roll out but YHC & TO walked up to meet BAM for coffeeteria at DeBeen post-CoT, which was delightful.

CoT – Prayers for Lamb Chop’s brother in law, that he may know Christ. Prayers for our country on the eve of a milestone.
