Well team, it’s been almost five months since I’ve led a beatdown. Having another baby and all the other stress I decided to put on myself made me fat like and low stamina. This comeback has certainly humbled me and tightened all my clothes. Even the underwear thing where your love handles flip the top of your briefs down. That’s my life right now. Little by little we’re getting there. One shitty run at a time.

EC run was so much fun! Until it wasn’t. My back locked up at the bottom of summit leaving greeny and frosty the decision to make. Let shlitz die or ridicule him whilst laying in the street. However-after much complaining I got myself up, made it to the top of summit and the rest of the run was easy.

The beatdown-

super simple. Movements were done in 5 reps, lap around the track, 10 reps, 2 laps, 15 reps, 1 lap, 20 reps, 2 laps, 25 reps, one lap, 30 reps, 2 laps.

very easy structure but it gave us plenty of time to listen to the super awesome playlist I had. We also saw a lovely fellow running the track who was so sculpted it made the rest of us look like we had boobies.

Spicoli was early AF (on time)

Drip told us about an awesome dish he recently cooked

Frostbite accused me of being a loser because my “back went out” at the start of summit

Greenspan said he would have ran the hill without me but then would have come to get me in his jeep.

It was awesome being back in the hot spot. I miss all the dudes and can’t wait to get in a more consistent schedule with the workouts.
