The Thang
The Tour returned to basics at Run-N-Gun.
The PAX covered approximately 2.5 miles before finishing with one round of Tabata.

The Story
The morning started quietly.
Draftee and Pele’ enjoyed a conversational pace while Jake faithfully accompanied the group.
Once we found our stride, the conversation picked up and the miles passed quickly.
Sometimes the loudest mornings involve cards, towers, and games.
Sometimes a quiet run with good conversation is exactly what is needed.
