NMM.

  • Let’s address the musical accompaniment. If I wanted to listen to tunes while working out, I would jam in my earbuds and head out to the Greenway. That’s so much more convenient. But alas, most mornings I get in my truck and drive to an abandoned elementary school in the gloom to sweat with my iron brothers. I don’t want their erudite musings to be drowned out by the sweet dulcitones of Jon Bongiovi or Ken Casey.
  • Everything that happened today was Superfly’s fault. If he had just kept his mouth shut, we could have all slept in and been fat and lazy. But no. He had to make us all better men by forcing us to push ourselves outside of our comfort zone. Ugh! #WiseElder
  • Many muscles were ripped and cores shredded. Not an incredible amount of calories were burned, but we’ll save those for a cardio day.
  • Yes, we will soon have data centers in space. No, that’s not science fiction and no, we won’t have to wait until the year 2145. But the PAX do have some interesting thoughts on where else to put them.
  • We all need to eat whatever the heck Blind Date had for breakfast this morning. Straight up Wheaties doesn’t produce speed like that.
  • Listening to instructions was a severe challenge for a few of the lads this morning. But hey, school’s out for the summer, so everybody regresses a little.
  • The “form stabilizer” exercises were not favorites of the PAX. But isn’t that how you should be doing those exercises anyway?
  • Many wonderful conversations were had. The Q ignored most of them.
  • Spam does whatever the hell Spam wants to.
  • Not a lot of love for Elon Musk with this group.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • Boomerang has the Q tomorrow at Samaritan Ministries.
  • Blind Date has the Q at The Distillery on Thursday.
  • One-Eyed Willy will be Q’ing at Conspiracy tomorrow. Pirate patches optional.
  • Superfly has the Parliament Q next week.
  • July 4th convergence at Purgatory

PRAYERS:

  • Spam’s coworkers are going through some not fun stuff.
  • PAX going through private issues.

Zima Out.
