BEATDOWN.
On one side of the parking lot, do these combination of exercises:
– Thrusters + Gas Pumps
– WWIII + Curls
On the other side, do this combination of exercises:
– WMDs + Elbow Spider Planks
The reps for each pair must add up to 50.
Complete a round, then run to the other side of the parking lot. Finish the round there and run back. Increase the reps of the first exercise and decrease the reps of the second exercise by 5.

- Most of the PAX made it through at least 4 rounds, while others crushed 5.
- The Q was riding shotgun on the struggle bus. Due to a rough night beforehand, he had some performance issues in the morning. The workout had to be heavily modified so he could at least stay within sight of the Mayhem beasts. It was not his finest moment.
- There was some token complaining from the cheap seats, but the Q was not even in the same zip code as the others for most of the workout so the mumble chatter fell on deaf ears.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- Van Gogh’s birthday WIB will be at the mall, where all the other teeny boppers hang out. Lamb Chop is bringing breakfast.
