A pleasant Saturday morning greeted the PAX. Unfortunately, they arrived to the dental themed removal of four wisdom teeth. Warmorama time waster was accomplished and then…
THE THANG: The four teeth to be removed are #1,16,17,32. Thus, 1 lap around the parking lot with several bear crawl sections, 16 burpees, 17 double burpees, and 32 plank jacks.
To the rear we went to discuss conscious sedation with 10 mg Versed, thus 10 pull ups and 60 second bar hang.
6 carpules of 1.7 cc Articaine for the four teeth. 17 merkins x 3 sets and 17 H2H x 3 sets.
It costs around $900 for the sedation, so let’s knock out 90 Alabama prom dates.
On to the coupons for 30 curls cuz I said so.
Up to the soft grass for WW IIs and burpees.
Back to the coupons for overhead presses and bent over rows. Coupons returned and back to the parking lot grass for a few more burpees.

Got to tell you, this was a fun group and a fun morning. Effort was there a mumble chatter was elite. FNG Matt, aka Abacus(runs IT for an Amish furniture company) couldn’t help but let me know he had a daily goal of 55 burpees, say no more. Bold move from an FNG and was on point throughout. Also brother of Cruiser.
FNG Russ, retired Army bigwig, is far from a shrinking violet. Had to tell him to zip it and he appropriately ignored me and powered through. This new PAX must attend all beatdowns. He is comedy gold. Would call for convergence should he ever align with Palin.
Subfloor created he’s normal subversive undercurrent that kept the mumble chatter pot stirred.
Drip was all about the post beatdown coffee and did not disappoint with his pastry selection.
HeadHunter has become a real alpha with his athletic execution and Hollywood smile.
Silver Fox brought LockJaw and demonstrates escalating prowess in his effort.
Adobe, that flow is lit.
Cruiser enjoyed lighting the candle under his brother’s butt, Abacus.
Zig gives zero f’s for beatdown challenges. He is here for all the stuff.
HeadHunter and the Pharaoh did warm up then pull-up bars during Supermaxx.
