I honestly just miss block work

Today was great! We all kept it super simple and effective. Stayed together and had good mumble chatter. Started with the basics-

SSH/ WORLEY/ ABE/ CHERRY PIES

THE THANG-

Easy mode-grab a block and line up on the parking lines.

Ten of each called workout, then run to the last line and run back backwards.

30 curls then repeat for every exercise.

skull crushers/ overhead press/ goblet squats/ kettle swings/ ww2/ merkins/ side to side merkins. We ran out of time and missed doing bent over row and blockies.

made it back to launch just in time for 30 low flutters and time. Good work by all! Light complaining! Thanks to all who came out. Cheers!
