I don’t know why YHC has decided to try and get a lifetime ban from Parliament. Maybe it’s the distance from my house.  Maybe it’s the regular’s penchant for block work. Maybe it’s the distance from my house?? Maybe I’m just an ass. But it still hasn’t worked. Here’s my latest effort:

WoR – a smattering of exercises including but not limited to SSH, Hillbillys, Whirlies, Windmills, Jack Reachers, and Michael Phelps

The Thang – grab a block and partner up in the bus lane. Partner A knocks out reps of an exercise while Partner B uses a mode of transportation paired with that exercise to travel to the cones and back. Cones were placed about halfway across the parking lot. Each exercise needed to be completed 200x cumulatively.

  • 200 Thrusters / Cusack
  • 200 Curls / Lunge Walk
  • 200 KB Swings / Bear Crawl
  • 200 WWIIIs / Crab Walk
  • 200 Blockees / Murder Bunny

Blocks were returned about 0605 in order to leave time for Mary, so no pair made it all the way through the WWIIIs. If you were abstaining from the Iron Pax Challenge, ask someone what a WWIII is – they suck.

Mary – lots of stretchy stretch, Mountain Climbers, American Hammers, Muttons, and Davie Co. Prom Dates.

Was this IPC Week 5? Pax were wondering. Subfloor was an excellent partner for the thang. Sour Mash & Harden were out early getting in some pre-work. The Huck Loop runners crushed The Huck Loop. YHC’s speaker issues were solved by Schneider’s preparedness. I’m already sore.

No spoken annoucements or prayer requests. YHC took us out with thanksgiving.

Thanks for the keys, Adobe. Keep them. Seriously.
