Rings of Power

YHC arrived early to the VI AO, it was dark and more like the land of Mordor than the Shire. I placed the weinkes in the new parking lot, trying to look discreet; didn’t want someone to think I was placing bombs. Schneider and Singing Cowboy were just finishing up their EC run just after I has parked in the normal spot. Most of the rest of the PAX arrived just before start time and we started. I think this workout ruled us all, not a lot of chatter happening. The jumping exercises were especially killers.

- 9 rings of Mortal Men, reps of 9: Squats, Squat jumps, Copperhead Squat, Lunge, Jumping Lunge, Tie Fighters, Monkey Humpers, Monkey Jumpers, Gorilla Humpers
- 3 rings of Elven-kings, increasing reps of 3, 6, 9, 12…
- Narya, Ring of Fire: Burpees
- Vilya, Ring of Air: Plank Jacks
- Nenya, Ring of Water: Merkins
- After the first 3 trips around, YHC gave us a break with a lap around the parking lot. In total, we did 4 trips around.
- Mosey back to start.
- Last ring was the One Ring: Bear crawl ring of fire, YHC stopped us twice for a total of 20 merkins.
- Ended with some Mary.
