Aside from the Conspiracy substi-Q last Wednesday, YHC hasn’t been in Q-lineup this year.  After today, that might not change much in the near future.

Warmarama:

Mosey to edge of parking lot.  Run 2 parking spaces forward, SSHs x 30.  Run 1 space backwards, merkins x 10.  Repeato until arrive at opposite end of parking lot.

The Thang

Mosey to parking deck (to the cheers of all);  I-Bearm Up & Unders x 25 (single-count).

Mosey to 1^st Pres wall; 25 Straight-Armed Get Ups.

Mosey to Trade and Fifth:  Partner Up.  Partner A moseys towards MLK Jr.  Partner B performs called exercise and then sprints to catch up with Partner A.  Repeato until arrival at MLK Jr.

Flip flop on return trip to Fifth.  Exercises were:

• Merkins x 10
• Dan Taylors x 5
• Burpees x 5
• Monkey Humpers x 25
• Dive Bombers x 5

Mosey home for 3 minutes of Mary.

Announcements & Prayer Requests:

• Lamb Chop and M baby arrival TODAY!
• Transcript’s friend Cain was killed last week in a random shooting, and his (Transcript’s) wife’s health. Pray for fellowship, be the fellowship, that he needs.
• Van Gogh’s son (Axel) was throwing up in the night.
• Spicoli has Conspiracy Q tomorrow prior to the arrival of rain. It will not be on Trade Street (one of the flattest streets in WS, BTW).
• YHC has Q at TRQ on Thursday.
• Blood Drive 2/18. D-Day and Splash are coordinating
• PSA: Go get your screenings when they tell you to!  It can save your life.  Now you know.  GI Joe.

YHC took us out.

NMM:

• Van Gogh let YHC know that my lack of attention to the FNG was not appreciated.
• Bevo was absolutely flying on the sprints. Pretty amazing to see that hair flying in the wind.
• Spicoli still thinks running is stupid. Knowing that would be the outcome if we just ran, YHC threw in plenty of reps.  Not satisfied, Spicoli let us smell what he thinks of running during Mary; he blamed it on the grease recycler that we passed many times during our funs up and down Trade.
• Turnover at the warmup suicide in the parking lot: “We’ve done this before, and it wasn’t good.”
• We’re glad Starfish was able to snip out a portion of his time today to be with us…and that he will continue to be with us.
• Wobegon: “You have the Q Thursday at TRQ.  Remember, NO”  Got it, cap’n.
• Burns & YHC got in a couple of EC miles before the workout. It was during said run that Trade was chosen as the site for the today’s main event.  After a pleasant 9:00 pace on the first mile, Burns ramped it up and dragged YHC for an 8:00 second mile.
• FNG Chim Chim Cheree fka Jay Westmoreland, 36, has twin boys that are in school with Van Gogh’s son, Axel. Chim Chim Cheree owns a chimney cleaning company on Northwest Blvd.  He met Van Gogh at a birthday party at Safari Nation while Van Gogh was wearing a Spartan Beast jacket; the two immediately had a mutual man crush.  Other names thrown out were Bert (Mary Poppins) and Smoke Stack.  He is from Pfafftown.  He met his wife when the two were young.  He said he was looking for camaraderie and fellowship and men with similar interests.  He attends Two Cities Church.
