Mosey 1/4 mile around track counterclockwise.
Bench Work – Dips, Irkins, Step ups.
Mosey 1/4 mile around track clockwise doing Karaoke and Zuckerberg Powerskips.
More Bench Work – same stuff.
Dora (50 Burpees, 100 Jump Squats, 150 WWII sit ups – additive with partner).
Intimidator Work (#crowdpleaser):
Run 1/2 way up to 1st stop sign and do 10 Merkins at 12 o’clock. Run to bottom and do 10 Alternating Leg Lunges.
Run to first stop sign and do 10 Merkins at 3 o’clock. Run to bottom for Alt Leg Lunges.
And so on to 1/2 way between 1st 2 stop signs, then to 2nd stop sign.
Back to the parking lot for Mary.

That’s 2 in a row for DR pax, Knope! Glad Burlap didn’t scare him off at Flatline.
Was curious how many pax you “stole” from BnW, glad to see it was only 1. That means a lot of fartsackers this morning!
