For the 4th of July Weekend, with many PAX traveling, and all Saturday AOs converging the choice was made to carry the SuperMax torch to the Mothership. The 6 o’clock beatdown has proven useful for some PAX who cannot attend the 7 o’clock, as well as adding additional level of difficulty to regularly scheduled beatdowns at 7. PAX have doubled down to SuperMax and travelled to all 3 AOs afterward so far this year…
Since our beatdown was traveling, a “Choose Your Owen Adventure” theme was adopted.
PAX could choose from more reps or more distance… easy enough right?

- Prayers for Snapchat and his family who lost his 36 year old brother earlier in week she too complications from heat stroke.
- Prayers for Red Baron traveling to the beach after the workout!
NMM
- Great crew at 6.
- We acknowledged the great weather before start only to wind up complaining about it a few minutes later on the track.
- Palin opted for more miles, getting in over 3.5 miles, and up to 20 consecutive reps once.
- Crash opted for more of both, getting 3 miles and up to 20 consecutive reps a few times.
- Red Baron and YHC opted for reps, increasing every time but once to get up to 30 consecutive Reps per round, getting on 115 reps of each, and still getting over 2.75 miles in.
- MC consisted of discussion on upcoming races, heart rates (RB and YHC both got one 180), poor choices in posting, and weekend plans.
- Crash would end up staying for the 7 o’clock worth YHC; Palin would later return with his 2.0, Mark; and Red Baron was headed to the beach afterward!
- Strong work all around, and a great group of guys to hang out with!
