The QIC almost pulled a fartsack, but woke up at 0520 and was able to quickly get things together and head over to the AO (and not break too many traffic laws in the process) and get us started basically at 0530.

Pax were gathered and getting a little nervous, but the Q already had the music playing and timer queued up to get us started as YHC jumped out of his car.

The rhythm for today would be simple, 9 rounds of Tabata – 20 seconds AMRAP, 10 seconds of recovery.  Each round consists of 8 sets, 1 minute recovery between rounds.  Alternating jumping rope with called exercise.

    F3 is a funny thing. At times, it is just a workout. Others, a chance to connect with great guys. Sitting here at the end of the day, I cannot tell you how important this morning was to me. Work lived up to its four letter status today. Completely overwhelming, resulting in a lot of internal and external swearing. Had I not had this morning, I would have been a lot less equipped to deal with it. I am all in for hanging out with Bam, Lace, and Starfish. Anytime and any place. And bring the Pointer Sisters.
