Paying ode to two favorite WIBs from the past, combining the close by Sears location, and the Run Ranger Run WIB last year.

Warm-o-rama:

  • SSH x 50 IC

The Thang:

  • .4 Mile Loop around old Sears parking lot.
  • Station 1: Ranger Merkins x 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50
  • Station 2: Bootstrap Squats x 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50

Mary 

  • Turnover rebelled and did some WWIIs of more squats.

CoT

  • Prayer for Cherry Pie to get to 100% after his bout with Covid 3 weeks ago. Having lingering joint pain.  
  • Shirt order coming soon for Alcatraz!!!
  • YHC took us out giving thanks for F3, for the nurses and volunteers in the old Sears building, and asked that we continue to be leaders in our community.
  • After our prayer, Zuckerburg had walked over to say hey! He was volunteering at the vaccine sight this morning #HIM. It was nice to catch up with him briefly, and he said he was glad he missed WIB after Dr Toot told him what we did. 

NMM

  • The PAX for in a full 10 laps for a whopping 275 reps of Ranger Merkins and Bootstrap Squats. Amazing!!!
  • Just because the men did so well doesn’t mean they had fun. Dr. Toot likened this weeks WIB to last weeks great Resistor led beatdown… “Except last week was fun!” He added on!
  • Cherry Pie is back after a run in with Covid. For the most part he seemed his old self, however, he did note he was dealing with some residual hip pain. Couldn’t tell though, as predicted he was right up front at the end.
  • The funniest moment of the morning was BooBoo asking a Litterbox if his F3name was “Cat Litter”? While not that far off, sounds 10X less cool… it did seem I heard LB mention they are getting a third cat??
  • Enjoyed chatting on the run portions with LB, TO, and CP. Root Canal and BooBoo chatted plenty as well. 2ndF in action!
  • By the end, Turnover said to hell with the last set of squats and ran back to launch for some 2021challenge sit-up reps. YHC was slightly worried he get hit by a car… glad to find out, he was not. 
  • Zuckerburg would later report that The Vig and Resistor were volunteering at Novant as well! True HIMs!

Thanks for coming out, men! Yes, the preblast was put out at 11:15pm late on purpose to ensure no PAX changed their minds!! Burns, keys were handed off tonZuckervurg so he could lock up the Nocant testing site at the end of the day.
