  • New Conspiracy Site Q: LAMBCHOP
  • New WIB Site Q: ROOT CANAL???
  • 2 WIBs in Thursday @ 5:30 & 7
  • Plungers farewell party next week, it will be catered!!!!Coffeeteria at Speas after for ISers
  • YHC took us out lifting up prayers, giving thanks for the ability and will to post, and asking we might remember the reason for the season.

NMM

  • PAX warmed up early and had some good laughs about Sour Mash’s name change suggestions for Pullout in Slack… keep the suggestions coming to YHC.
  • Instead of a balmy 43, it was a frigid 36 at launch, so YHC got us right into it
  • Great to run alongside the Christmas Tree, it’s quite beautiful this year.
  • Best moment of the day was Drip saying, “Oh Van Gogh……” in a disappointing fatherly tone upon hearing the announcement of burpees. Coming from the Burpee king (or is that Fenders title now?) meant a lot.
  • 2 miles converted in total.
  • 110 Burpees and Mike Tysons in the first set.
  • 110 Monkey Humpers, 80 Pullups, 30 jump squats in the second set
  • Lambchop flew through the first set, mostly due to his poor form (his words not mine). He’s also giving Root Canal a run for his title…
  • Speak of wein, our resident War Daddy earns the title for today’s workout. He was excited to do 23s, saying it’s TWO ELEVENS! Then I let him down a bit when explaining we would be doing even numbers only and never actually do 11 of anything….
  • Great to see Closer out at Flatline, that’s two weeks in a row now!? (YHC was dad to miss him out last week). He even knocked out some bonus Pull ups at the end!!
  • Turnover was showing off some calf today in his gray leggings. He felt a bit risqué and uncomfortable the whole beatdown.
  • Cheesesteak did what he does best: modify upper body exercises (due to injury), which this was almost entirely, with seemingly more difficult leg exercises. I vowed to make a nearly entire leg based beatdown for him in the future.
  • The second set was known to be impossible on paper but YHc called it anyway. Once the PAX were near death, the Omaha to some leg stuff for Cheesesteak was made.

Always a pleasure to lead such fine men. I appreciate y’all joining me, as perhaps I was a bit excited to be back at Flatline, hence the CSAUP beatdown. Merry Christmas y’all,
