Gucci-esque Warm-o-Rama that consisted of most of the following and probably more:

  • Arm Swirlies FWD
  • Arm Swirlies BKWD
  • Abe Vigoda
  • Bent Leg Body Twist
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Hamstring Stretch RoL
  • Hamstring Stretch LoR
  • Tricep Stretch RoL
  • Tricep Stretch LoR
  • Hillbillies
  • Imperial Storm Trooper Thingies

The THANG:

Mosey to block, grab a block and Cusack down towards gate.

PAX choice to carry down to basketball court.

This is where the fun began:

Since we had 9 PAX, Q instructed to make 3 groups of 3 and line up in 3 rows spread out across the court.

  • 1 group of 3 at one goal spread out evenly
  • 1 group of 3 at mid-court spread out evenly
  • 1 group of 3 at opposite goal spread out evenly

This obviously wasn’t explained well and caused confusion, then it got worse

The goal was to do something like a 3 man grinder but YHC hasn’t Q’d or participated in those much.  The idea was for all PAX to perform an exercise with their respective block then PAX from the first goal would bear crawl to midcourt PAX and take over while midcourt PAX would bear crawl to opposite goal PAX and take over then opposite goal PAX would bear crawl to midcourt and relieve that PAX who would bear crawl back to the first goalpost.

That plan wasn’t well thought out and more complaints/ridicule were being hurled at the Q, rightfully so.

Rust Bucket had the idea to have the PAX relieved at the opposite goal would bear crawl to the first goal and start over.  This actually worked out better but some were still confused.  After about 3, maybe 4 rounds YHC’s ears were bleeding from all the complaining and decided to Omaha.

Q told everyone to walk their asses back and put up the blocks.  When done, line up at the non-smelly dumpster in a line facing the street and lunge walk 10 steps then perform 10 squats.  Lunge walk 10 steps then perform 20 squats.  Lunge walk 10 steps then perform 30 squats.  Seemed simple but still some PAX were confused.  #Parliament brings out a bunch of idiots it seems.

This brought us up to the end of the breezeway.  We moseyed to the picnic benches, there were 9 of us and 9 benches so we all socially distanced and performed the following:

  • 10 right leg step ups OYO
  • 10 Erkins OYO
  • 10 left leg step ups OYO
  • 10 dips OYO

Mosey to the wall for some light wall work:

  • Assume People’s Chair
  • Start at the first end and PAX perform 10 Wonderbra working down the line of PAX
  • Shake it off, step over the parking curb and do 1 burpee
  • Assume People’s Chair
  • Start at the opposite end and PAX perform 10 Seal Claps working down the line of PAX
  • Shake it off, step over the parking curb and d0 2 burpees

Mosey back to parking lot for MARY:

  • LBCs x 20 IC
  • Mutton Crunch RoL x 10 IC
  • Mutton Crunch LoR x 10 IC
  • Alabama Prom Dates x 10 IC

No prayer requests.  Total Recall had a praise, something about his kids, which was nice but I forgot all the details.
