Mosey to the top of Hill to Nowhere for Superman Burpees x 3 (chosen by Spam).

 

Indian Bear Crawl down Hill to Nowhere (3 rounds were all we could take).  

 

Clap Burpees x 12 (Chosen by High Cotton).

 

Mosey the rest of the way down.

 

180 Degree Burpees x 20 (Chosen by Spam)

 

Shuttle Run / Chase the Spam.  The idea was to start at one end of the parking lot and do a shuttle run. Curb 1 – Parking Space – Curb 1 – Middle Line – Curb 1 – Other Parking Space – Curb 1 – Curb 2 – Curb 1.

This was fun…not!  Spam, the beast that he is, was instructed to do 15 reps of each exercise at each station, while High Cotton and Zima only did 10.  However, the little peoples’ goal was to complete the circuit twice, doing less reps, before Sir Spamalot could do it once, with increased reps.  Of course, that goal was a bit lofty as the Nantan handily beat the other two in their feeble pursuit.

  • Curb 1: Bobby Hurleys x 10 or 15 OYO
  • End of Parking Space: Spider Merkins x 10 or 15 OYO
  • Middle Line: Mountain Climbers x 10 or 15 OYO
  • End of Parking Space: Iron Mikes x 10 or 15 OYO

    That workout blasted the calorie count….576 per my Garmin. Good times.
