The Outhouse recently changes formats to incorporate a recurring Iron PAX like Beatdown on the third Monday of the month to repeat for three months. YHC wanted to do it, and wasn’t about to let Qing at Vi stop me! So with some coordination with H.O.G. (or, YHC texted and asked him for the plan), it was done! And the WeFoCo PAX thought they were safe… buahaha!

• PAX got through 4 rounds and 2.28 miles by YHCs watch.
• Nice to meet Beaufort who was out for his 4th time! He’s still learning the lingo, but the man from Davie seems like a new regular!
• This workout came courtesy of H.O.G.’s twisted mind… and it did not diappoint! PAX were feeling this one throughout!
• Boomerang stated his displeasure many times.
• Sassy did a great job pushing forward, haven’t seen him in the gloom in a while. Was nice to chat a bit!
• DQ stayed he’s getting close to the line of Mind over Matter not applying anymore! That’s what the Q is for, to speak on behalf of your mind to say you can do it, right? #Respect
• Gucci has been working hard these past few months, he was working hard to push himself this morning. #TClaps!
• Schneider has to check out early, most PAX didn’t see him leave and thought he was down for the count somewhere! Thankfully that was not the case.
• Maybe the Q this time next month will revisit for solidarity with #TheOuthouse???
