4 repeat offenders from yesterday’s terrible flatline Q, plus 5 other HIMs showed up to humor me for a simple yet brutally effective beatdown

The thang:

YHC wanted to keep the blood flowing today and devised a simple plan to accomplish said goal. Partner up, partner A travels to one end of the parking lot via the given mode of transportation, does 2 burpees, and comes back via the given mode of transportation while Partner B performs the given exercise AMRAP. Flapjack, repeato for appx 4-5 minutes, move down the list until time is called.

I refuse to recount any mumblechatter. You can just assume that nobody had any complaints about merkins, diamond merkins, bear crawls, crab walks, wide merkins following the crab walks, broad jumps, or the burpees. Everyone loved all 45 minutes of this workout, and I will not entertain any alternate opinions at this time.
