Mondays do not usually involve a trip to The Outhouse for YHC.  It’s not that far from home but my regular Monday AO is The Village.  Greenspan has been gracing WeFoCo some with his presence lately so when he asked for Qs for The Outhouse it was an easy yes.

He also threw out an EC run and after skipping BBBC and Sat workouts that sounded like just the right start to my rare Q visit.  Greenspan, Burns and YHC ran the 1.2 ish lap and when we returned another WeFoCo regular Schneider was in the parking lot along with Whirly.  Bevo soon joined us and we began with a nice half dozen.

YHC explained that since this was a rare Q for me that we’d do a few different things – some old some new.  No pax left at that point so we began with …

Warmorama in the sand apparently has been done by others. Hopefully whoever said their M would not let them come home if they did it again was able to get back in the house

Whirly tried to rename Abe Vigodas as Whirlys Without the Clap – The pax disagreed since there are other elements to the AV

The Dak Prescott seemed to be a #crowdpleaser even if it wasn’t exactly like Dak.  My instructions of thrusting the hip got some comments…some also thought we might go viral.  Come to think of it that might have all been one comment.

Lots of partner work and all were getting after it.  Great to partner with Greenspan

The partner push/pull/carry/Saratogas must have been new to some but all caught on quickly.  The betting line at the track favored the young, fasthole team of Burns/Bevo but shorter legs and heavier jockeys seemed to win the day.

Another rarely used ab exercise was called with the Jackknife – YHC thinks there’s also an insect or animal name for this.  Whirly called it Whirlys without the Clap while lying down holding a pole.
