Mosey to cars for Mary.

Announcements: In 2 weeks ther is a 5K benifit for Carter Vocational  HS in honor of Articles son who passed and went to school there. Juice Boxes daughter also goes to school there.

    Great Q this morning. 4 Qs this week for Schneider!! Well done. Was a little concerned that Parkay was not going to let Burlap into truck as it was raining.

    Parkay and YHC both thought that Diego sucked. OH press and curls are not hard exercises until you get a biggish rock and do about 50 in a row. Thanks to BB for the partner work. Nd thx to Schneider for introducing some new exercises (well, new to me).
