At Least It Isn’t Raining

QIC: Valdez

Date: 2/26/2019

PAX: Mr. Hands, Peacemaker, Bueller, Balco, Burlap, Sac, Zuckerberg, Little Piggy

If you live near the WGW YMCA and were awoken in the gloom Tuesday morning, the likely cause was a cheer coming from the PAX at Redline when they learned we were starting with a run up Pilot View. The good news? It can only get better from there. The other good news? It wasn’t pouring on us.

Main event:

Hills

  • Sprint to second cross street on pilot view, recover down, lassie back for the 6.
  • Sprint to first cross street, recover down, mosey to Brookstown
  • Sprint/survive to stoplight, lassie back for the 6, recover down
  • Sprint to second cross street, lassie back, recover down
  • Sprint to first cross street, recover down, mosey to track

Track

  • Sprint 400, recover 100
  • Sprint 300, recover 100
  • Sprint 200, recover 100
  • 100 sprint/return jog to starting line x2

Prayers:

  • Continued prayers for Boo Boo’s family as his brother-in-law continues his battle with cancer
  • Prayers to Palin and his family
  • Prayers to Greenspan and his family

Announcements:

  • Hands’ track series kicks off next Tuesday (3/5). Come learn from the best F3 has to offer.

This was a solid Redline Q. The BB doesn’t mention the warm-up lap around the track, er, park at an 8 minute pace for most of the pax.

But we did miss regulars, Hitman and Manscape.
