13 PAX descended on the Estate on this beautiful Monday morning.  After Qing Purgatory on Saturday and hearing from offsides that hated me for that workout, I figured I would do it again with this different group of HIMs (all except Razzle Dazzle to crushed it twice).  so there was no creativity, just repeating.  here you go…

Mosey to the barn

Focus on legs –  Bulgarian split squats x 10 IC, alternate leg Bulgarian split squat x 10 IC, rocking chair lunges x 10 IC, alternate leg rocking chair lunges x 10 IC, monkey humper x 10 IC.  Run down to lower bridge and back up the hill to shake out the legs.   Bulgarian split squats x 10 IC, alternate leg Bulgarian split squat x 10 IC, rocking chair lunges x 10 IC, alternate leg rocking chair lunges x 10 IC, monkey humper x 10 IC. Run down to lower bridge and back up the hill to shake out the legs. Mosey to the back of Pure Barre – around the circle.

Focus on Upper body – pick up 2 bricks and grab some curb.  Urkins x 10 IC, bent over fly x 10 IC, Derkin x 10 IC, lateral raises x 10 IC, overhead press x 10 IC.  Run a lap around the parking lot.  pick up 2 bricks and grab some curb.  Urkins x 10 IC, bent over fly x 10 IC, Derkin x 10 IC, lateral raises x 10 IC, overhead press x 10 IC.  Run a lap around the parking lot. YHC took us out

MC – lots of chatter from Zima (no one should be surprised).  He was talking the majority the workout so I guess next time I should increase difficulty!  It was super quiet for the leg portion….either it was that miserable or everyone was just trying to keep their balance.  After running down the hill after the leg portion, the pax let me know that we would have to run back up the hill.

 

Thank you for the leadership this morning from each of the pax.  I am lucky to be a part of this amazing group.
