Prayer – Families at the holidays and those struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use/abuse. My friends 12 year old son James that was just diagnosed with Leukemia, and those involved with the wildfires.

Hate that I missed it! Trying to be smart and rest a bit after the Ultra, especially after going to Zimas Q yesterday to keep my promise to him (that was foolish of me)!
