Warm-o-Rama – Station 1

  • SSH, Imperial Storm Troopers, Whirly with a Clap. All x 25, all IC
  • Arm swirly things (forward).  All x 15, all IC
  • Arm swirly things (backward).  All x 15, all IC
  • 10 Merchins
  • Mosey through parking lot, past middle school, to find our first pain station at wall on the side of the school.

Station 2

  • Wall Sits
    • Seal Claps – 50 OYO
    • Overhead Claps – 50 OYO
  • 10 Merchins
  • Wall Sits
    • Head, Shoulder, Knees and Toes – 25 OYO
  • Run toward the park shelter (STOP AT THE INTERSECTION)

Station 3

  • Dora – Partner Up
  • 100 Merchins
  • 200 Squats
  • 300 Freddie Mercs
  • Partner runs to the 3rd Light Pole
  • Burpees x 5
  • Run to the Shelter

Station 4 – Shelter

  • 10 Mercins
  • Dips x 12, IC
  • Left Leg Step Up x 10, OYO
  • Dips x 12, IC
  • Right Leg Step Up x 10, OYO

 

  • Run up Meadowlark to the Rock Pile

 

Station 5 – Rock Pile

  • Pick Medium Size Rock
    • Curls x 10, IC
    • Skull Crushers x 10, IC
    • Overhead Press x 10, IC
    • Bent Over Rows x 10, IC
  • Mosey to starting point  for Warmarama

 

Station 6 – Warmarama by Committee

  • LBCs x 25, IC

  • Swipers – Courtesy of Post Hole (you will have to ask him to explain this exercise). I think Rust Bucket and I are more sore from laughing than “swiping”. 🙂
