7 speedy dudes showed up for a little track work this AM.

The plan  was to RIRO from Reynolda Village Parking Lot.

Our Plan of Attack:

1 mile warm up
4x 800m Repeat w/ 400m recovery
1 mile cool down
~5 Total Miles

 

Everyone was either tired or has no idea what is going on in Dash, so…no announcements

YHC took us out

NMM:

  • Wink spent the better part (like all of it) of the weekend binge watching Sons of Anarchy, Mongoose was impressed and dubbed it the Speed Trap of laziness
  • Wink also showed up wearing a black leather jacket
  • Bev was happy to run in a flat circle after running up and down hills in the Rockies all last week
  • TClaps to our man WW with his 2nd place finish this past Saturday at ROCC 5k
  • Interference made his triumphant return to the track this AM, He and Bueller? both were crushing it out there

    Still processing the comment that binge watching that show was the speed trap of laziness. Don’t know if a compliment or an insult. And it could be complimenting Wink and insulting the rest of us simultaneously. Or vice versa. Anyway, strong workout.
