At 0529 exit cars, then at 0530 Run to Parking deck immediately

Warm-o-Rama:  the usual for Goofy

Start at Marshall street level, do 4 burpees, then Run up one full level of the deck, and do 6 Jump Squats, then up the next level and 8 merkins, then run back down the stairs, do mountain climbers until 6 is up, and then start over, increasing as follows:

OYO

4 – Burpees, then 8, 12, 16

6 – Jump Squats, then 12, 18, 24

8 – Merkins, then 16, 24, 32

Then partner up and do the following:

4 – Partner assisted Pull ups, then 8, 12, 16

6 – Partner Derkins, then 12, 18, 24

8 – P1 WW2, P2 Plank, then 16, 24, 32

Run back to original parking lot.

• Prayers for the family of Joanna, who passed away unexpectedly.  They live in Raleigh.  She was a strong and sweet mother of 5 and a leader in her community.

• TR is looking for persons to join him in his volunteer work for the city where he volunteers to go into Adult Care Homes across the city and be patient advocates.  Great thing for young adults.

• When scouting out the parking garage yesterday, I took pics of the signs and did a tweet about identifying which ones were a sign or a sandwich.  YHC found it hilarious.  My wife asked to see what I was laughing it and she informed me it was classic corny “dad humor” (at best).  Which is an entirely accurate description of my humor these days. Thankful for my M for keeping it real.
• The group determined that the sandwich from my tweet had been tossed into the stairwell and left to rot for a few days in the heat and humidity.  Man, that was a nasty smell.
• YHC has unfortunately not been out much, with no real great excuses.  Today felt good and it was a real push to keep up with this strong group. 
• Thankful for this group of men and honored to be with you this AM.
