A rowdy bunch of 17 posted to #Parliament and reported to the Principals office enough to get suspended from school.
Warm-o-Rama (the usual)
Mosey to blocks and take them to the Principal (the big hill out back)
The Thang
11’s – walk quickly (or run as you choose) up and down hill
– 11’s – Curls and WW2’s
– Break by going to the field and doing bear crawls and lunges
– 11’s – Merkins and Press
Mosey with block to parking lot and do Poker chips down until return block
Mary: Penguin Crunch, Snow Angels and Heels to Heaven
COT: Boom took us out with style and grace

– The workout may look short on paper, but those 11’s running up and down that #*%#! Hill was time consuming and miserable. As promised, it’ was boring, but hopefully sufficient
– Yesterday, I made the decision, I haven’t been to Parliament in a while and said I am going to post, I wonder who is the Q? I looked it up and it was YHC. Glad I checked!
– Tunes were brought to you by the music they play for the Mt Tabor HS football team before the game to pump them up.
– When AC/DC came on, DQ said “well, finally a song I recognize!
– Not a lot of MC was heard, could have been the music was loud, or could have been they were busy counting and running up and down that horrible hill, we like to call the Principal.
– Glad to have everyone out. Always a joy to be with you and an honor to lead

That was a perfect workout for Parliament because no matter your fitness level, you could get out of it all that you could stand and we were all together having fun and listening to good tunes. I still can’t believe F3 is free.
I was glad to see Short Sale out there. Apparently he has been working on his abs the whole time he’s been missing (based on the # heels to heavvens he led us through during Mary).
Mash was sprinting back to the parking lot for Mary; I might be wrong, but I didn’t see him breaking out like that when he first posted. Dude is getting done, one day at a time.
I remember a time when only 3-4 regulars posted at Parliament; now the numbers are close to problematic #goodproblem
DQ Drama Queen
I later recognized Eminem – don’t think Burlap recognized any. I was also the only one to recognize Whirly singing Loving You is Easy Cause You’re Beautiful.
Very proud of Parliament #s lately. And if you want to run come early – there’s plenty of teacher’s pets
