#BBBC 10/20/2017 – A Cool Run through Tanglewood

3 pax came together in the dark cool gloom at Tanglewood Park for the latest installment of the Big Boy Breakfast Club. All accomplished 3+ miles of running through the park this morning. Thanks to Tanglewood for leaving some of the Christmas lights on for us! The routes provided where as follows:

Option #1: 2.22 mile route: http://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/fullscreen/1827046961/

This refreshing route will guide you through the woods and onto Stable road. Turn right on Tanglewood Park Road and continue on to the park entrance. Turn around at Clemmons Rd and hang a left on Campground Road. Take it back to the house from here. Still want more? Just follow Campground Round past your car until it dead ends and come back.

Option #2: 4.77 mile route: http://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/fullscreen/1827055358/

Similar to Option #1, this route begins with a cool jog through the dark woods of Tanglewood park. Once you emerge take jump on Stable road briefly before taking a left onto Tanglewood Park Road. Follow this onto Club House Circle and complete the loop around the clubhouse. Turn Left onto River Birch Creek Road and follow this back around to Tanglewood Park Road. Take a left on Tanglewood Park Road. Turn Right on Campground Road and follow back to the house. Still want more? Run to the entrance and turn around then head back to your car.

1. Schneider continues to push hard and extend his distance while increasing pace. Keep at it, Schnieder – Glad to have you as a member of the #BBBC.
2. Sour Mash makes strides every week and continues to see his distance and pace increase as well. That 5k in December has not chance – you will definitely meet and exceed your goal!
