Eight PAX travelled across the globe in 45 minutes with The Seven Continents (to Incontinence) Workout.  YHC assured the PAX that each continent would have two things in common:  lots of reps and a lot of hate for YHC.  The constant mumble chatter proved YHC correct on both counts.  The PAX loved the 210 Merkins, the sprints, and the relentless nature of the workout.

YHC was honored to lead the beatdown this AM.  Hopefully traveling the globe fulfilled everyone’s exercise requirements for the day.  Incredibly strong work from everyone this AM during a difficult workout.  Thanks for the keys, Splash!

Huckleberry attempted to do Cross Country Abs (105 crunches), but instead he outshined us all by doing full on sit-ups.

YHC lost track of the number of times Drama Queen uttered “hate, hate, hate…”

A certain PAX bordered on incontinence during The Seven Continents (to Incontinence) Workout…

Splash was the MVP today due to his excellent 10 count.

To all future PAX at Mayhem, be careful of the mud lagoon right before you get to the track. YHC nearly went barefoot after having a foot swallowed by the mud.
