Stairway to Heaven

It has been a minute since I have gotten tapped to Q Flatline. I was not sure what to do but I knew I wanted to do something different. Many of you don’t know but my office is on the top floor of the Truliant Tower (Formerly Winston Tower) downtown Winston Salem. So here we go.
We assembled in the parking lot. SSH and the mosey to the corner. We did a series of Merkins, Squats, Lunges, and Burpees at the various street corners. The cars passing by must have thought we had been on drugs.
Then we take a detour to the Tower. Trying to not trigger the security guard whom I had advised we may be there and don’t call the cops on us, we entered the stairwell.
All I have to say is 26 Floors is a lot of steps. Once we got to the top, I brought the PAX into the Duck’s Command and Control Center. Looked around out the spartan environment and we went back down. We finished this way faster than I thought and let me just say that Lamb Chop, Bootsie and our NanTan Frostbite are beasts. Wobegon and myself were just trying to keep up.
Once exiting we mosey’d back to a couple more corners and came back to launch for Mary.
This was a humid but solid beatdown. Thank you for the opportunity to lead.
