A great turnout for a cold and foggy, early December Saturday morning workout.

After formalities and some warmorama, we made our way to the bottom of the hill and started with 11’s.

1 Mike Tyson at the bottom, run to the top, 10 Lt Dan’s, run to the bottom, 2 and 9, etc until 10 Mike Tysons at the bottom, 1 Lt Dan at the top. Boomerang was quite disappointed that we couldn’t partner up for these.

Then to the rock pile for some rock exercises.

In cadence, 10 curls, 10 bent rows, 10 skull crushers, 10 OH press. Leave the rocks, half way around the circle to the wall for people’s chair while each pax did 10 Jack Reachers down the line. finished the circle back to the rocks for in cadence 15 curls, 15 bent rows, 15 skull crushers, 15 OH press. The Q received absolutely no grace for minor slip ups in counting and exercises. Tough crowd.

We made our way around the track to the tennis courts stopping for 10 monkey humpers at each turn.

At the tennis courts Boomerang finally got his wish when we partnered up for Dora.  100 LBC’s, 200 SSH’s. 300 American Hammers. One partner works, other partner runs to far side of the last tennis court and back. The clock was running, and The Q’s time management skills were doubted by many. But we finished up and made it back to start, but unfortunately without any time for Huckleberry Merkins. Sorry Green Acres, I’ll try to do better next time!
