My entire body feels beat up

Last night was tough being my first workout back after celebrating with an North Carolina mud slide all weekend thanks to my little. But hey, shit happens 😉 anyways-ended up with a fantastic group of guys already waiting on me and Spicoli to get there. Once arrived we knocked out easy warm ups, (I still can’t look people in the eyes while we do warm ups, idk it’s weird). Then off to some benches! Mild workout this time which actually still beat me up but awesome MC. I informed the team that Busch light lime is actually pretty awesome. Had to throw that in there.

10 merkins, run to a far away bench and back
10 merkins 10 jump squats, bench and back b&b
10 merkins, jump squats, diamond merkins b&b
we did this adding more and more until we got to ten different movents. I was the last to finish but I finished but because of the crazy awesome support I still finished.
I wanted to die at cot so I let the homeys call the ab hits while Indian metal was playing 🤘🏼 The afternoon workout guys are awesome. I don’t really get to see them because usually it’s getting the little fed, bath, etc etc so the change in routine was welcomed. Fantastic guys and if you haven’t had time to come out, make it. Won’t regret except for the temp blows.
getting close to raining so made our way to my car, passed out the brewskis but instead of enjoying them we had to take home so the nasty storm didn’t get us.
conspiracy, I did a hair over 2 miles EC and that was stupid. Lamb chop showed up!

Running and Jumpsquats
bear crawl and merkins
lunge walk and burpees
tab walk and world war 11
Sideways running and side to side lunges.
each column you do five reps of the movement and use the method of travel to the next doing five more until up to 20. Then at the last column you run a lap around the track until back to the columns and start the next movement and travel method.
This was tough as I felt winded the entire time but instead of letting me complain about it, Lambchop made it into a very positive workout where we talked about life. It was honestly just what I needed and having that this morning turned into a blessing.
How fantastic is it that sometimes only one shows up but you still end up with the same pumped up feeling as you would when an entire group comes out. Saying I’m honored to be in the group is putting it lightly. Much love guys, hotdish and Frank&beans’s. Both y’all can have your stupid keys back. I’m going to sleep for 14 hours tonight.
